im Absatz 1.5 steht nämlich so viel wie, dass
JEGLICHE Informationen die ihr in und auf irgeneiner weise in dem spiel preisgibt, sei es im "privaten" chat o.a., gespeichert, analysiert und für eine "Evaluation (-> http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evaluation ) und Verbesserung", also im Prinzip für alles, einschließlich Werbung u.ä., verwendet werden dürfen!!!!
Im Klartext und auf Hochdeutsch: DIE DATEN-"SCHUTZ"-BESTIMMUNGEN SIND WAS FÜRN *ARSCH*!
Trotzdem tolle Leistung seitens der Entwickler. Das Spiel sieht gut aus.

Grafikkarte, Treiber, Betriebssystem und Software (‚Persönliche Informationen‘) zu sammeln und der Empfänger erteilt Acony ausdrücklich das Recht, solche Persönlichen Informationen vom Computer des Empfänger während seiner Teilnahme am Beta-Programm zu laden, jedoch ausschließlich zum Zweck der Evaluation und Verbesserung des Dienstes. Der Schutz und die Nutzung Persönlicher Informationen wird durch Aconys Datenschutzrichtlinie geregelt, die von Acony nach eigenem Ermessen und von Zeit zu Zeit modifiziert wird. Ohne Aconys Rechte hinsichtlich solcher von der Datenschutzrichtlinie betroffener Informationen zu beschränken, erkennt der Empfänger an, dass, wie in den Nutzungsbedingungen am Ende dieser Vereinbarung geregelt, alle Daten, die auf Acony Servern gespeichert und verfügbar sind. Zudem kann jegliche Kommunikation, die innerhalb des Dienstes oder als Teil des Beta-Programms über Aconys Server stattfindet (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf, Nachrichten, die gezielt an einen anderen Spieler oder mehrere andere Spieler gerichtet sind), von Acony-Mitarbeitern überwacht werden. Gemäß der Nutzungsbedingungen verfügt der Empfänger über keinerlei Ansprüche auf Privatsphäre innerhalb solcher Kommunikation oder jeglicher Kommunikation, auf die sich Abschnitt 5.3 bezieht. Der Empfänger erkennt an und stimmt zu, dass Acony solche Informationen (einschließlich Informationen, die der persönlichen Identifikation dienen) in die Bundesrepublik Deutschland oder andere Länder übertragen oder mit Lizenznehmern und Beauftragten im Zusammenhang mit dem Beta-Programm und dem Dienst teilen kann. Im Falle eines Firmenzusammenschlusses, einer Firmenübernahme oder eines Transfers oder Verkaufs von Vermögensgegenständen kann die in diesem Abschnitt 1.5 beschriebene Information, gemeinsam mit anderen Daten im Besitz von Acony, Teil der am Verkauf, Zusammenschluss oder der Übertragung beteiligten Vermögensgegenstände sein.

Wow, the new trailer looks amazing. And what I've seen in the old trailer looks very nice too.
The game seems to be pretty fast-paced... that's great. Reminds me of Tactical Ops for the first UT (UT99) which was one of the best "mods" I've played until today. I really hope that this game will be the same fun.
Hopefully I can join the fun in the beta.
