Known Issues Update and Hotfix

Hi everyone,
Here a quick update for all of you.
Since the patch has happened this week, we have applied a hot fix to lower the current level requirements on all weapons.
Also we have swapped the level requirements for the 2 shotguns. You will now be able to get the M202 first (at level 3) and the other one at level 10.

Also as a quick update on the known issues:
-You are still not able to tab out of the game properly.
We weren`t able to fix that bug yet, so try to avoid tabbing out, as the game will crash.
-It might occur when creating a new character that the first time you join a game you will spawn without a weapon equipped.
-Free to Play Account users can currently launch games using any of the four maps currently in the game.
You should only be able to use 2 of them. This will change again, so don`t get too used to it

Update: Parabellum is currently experiencing some problems with different firewalls. If you want to be on the safe side, deactivate your firewall while logging into the game. After the login has happened you can activate it again and normally you should be fine.

It's good that you try to balance the game right after the patch, but could you maybe try to find solutions for the problems launching the game half of the players have. I always get the Servers Unaviable Message when Checking Version and nearly tried everything to fix it...
I'm really dissapointed, I looked forward so hard to play the campaign.

Most of the current login issues are also tied to K2 and we are trying to solve the issues together with them. It`s not like we are ignoring them, but we can only fix one thing at a time and some things are faster to fix than others.

Do we have to download the hotfix or is that only of concern to the servers, since the G1 client does not prompt me to update PB. If so, when will be the hotfix live?

There is no download required. It just gets changed directly on the servers.

im really frustrated that whenever i launch the game and it says update it always says. This online service is unavailable at the moment. please try and reconnect later. its really bothering me and my friend can play and i cant. its stupid. so plz fix first.

I dont have ant firewall, or anti-virus instaled and still getting "The online service...bla bla bla"

Do you use a router? It may have an uintegrated firewall. Check the producers webpage to seee how you can disable it.

I turned everything off on my firewall, i dont know how to turn off mcafee, Its just stupid how u have to do all this shit just to play a game.

i've got the same problem (aloo posted it in another thread)

i dont use a firewall cause i've got a router (all router ports are open) and i deactivated my antivirus software (nod32) but still got this problem, is it really a problem with my computer or is it a bug?
